The second floor is composed of the following: 1 suite with large bed, living-room, 18 m2 bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath-tub, terrace; 1 large-bedded room with bathroom and Jacuzzi shower; 1 two single-bedded room with bathroom and Jacuzzi shower; 1 two single-bedded room with bath room and Jacuzzi bath-tub; 1 two single-bedded room with bathroom and Jacuzzi bath-tub. Outside

A fountain representing “Venus with the baby in her arms” stands at the entrance of the villa. Within the property, in front of the villa, there is San Donato’s Church. Barbecue and possibility to eat outside.

Park and swimming-pool

(6x12m) big swimming-pool; it is entirely floodlit, bordered by a beautiful garden and equipped with all conveniences. Park in the Italian style with plants, statues and fountains, equipped with chairs and tables. The park is 12,000 m2, entirely fenced and well-lit.
